Last week I was diagnosed with shingles. It started with a burning sensation on my face on my cheek if I’d touch it. After 3 or 4 days it was getting red and I decided to go to the walk in. I got on an antiviral medication. Then I went to Beyond Blessed to do the red light bed everyday and the Q Coil with the shingles program everyday for 5 days.
